Anti-explosion Pulse Generator FBCGQ-3 is made in an explosion-proof housing and is designed to convert the mechanical rotation of the meter shaft into an electrical pulse. The generator is mounted to the volume meter by means of a support bracket, on three screws. The pulse generator is designed to convert the rotation of the flow meter shaft into electrical pulses. It is mounted on top of the flow meter RSJ-50. It is suitable for use on a variety of modified dispensers and can also be used to equip dispensers. This pulse generator structurally consists of a body and a cover of cylindrical shape connected by four screws. The type of implosion protection of the pulse generator is “flameproof enclosure “d”. The marking of the implosion protection is 1ExdIIBT4 X. The sensor has internals and external clamps to connect the earth and the corresponding signs. The degree of protection of the body against external impacts IP44. Correctly observed gaps between the contacting parts of the pulse generator shell.

Working principle

The rotation of the flow meter shaft is transmitted to the generator pin through the reduction sleeve in the dispenser. A slotted disk attached to the pin rotates in the gap of the photoelectric pair, thus creating an output pulse signal. The number of electrical pulses generated is proportional to the angle of rotation of the volumetric meter and the number of shaft revolutions, and therefore to the volume of fuel passing through the volumetric meter.
