Fuel Filter (Gilbarco R18189-10 Replacement)

This fuel filter is a replacement for GILBARCO R18189. This filter is designed to remove mechanical impurities from the fuel. Our filters are designed to meet or exceed the quality and performance of original GILBARCO filters, ensuring superior filtration performance and long-lasting durability. With long-lasting performance, our filters provide reliable and consistent performance throughout their service life, even in harsh operating environments. The filter housing is made of SPCC cold plate using cold stamping process. The filter element is made of paper. The filter element is guaranteed to trap mechanical impurities of 10 microns and above. The supply pipe of the filter element has a through hole. Inside the housing, the filter element is held in place by springs on the housing side and guide rails on the threaded connection side. Fixation to the body is achieved through radial rolling. Use a rubber gasket to seal the connection between the filter and adapter. Filter operating pressure is 3.4 bar (50 PSI). Filtration capacities range from 3 to 70 liters per minute. The filter is not equipped with a safety valve. If the filter element is completely clogged, the fuel supply will stop.
